Account & Data Deletion

1. Overview

This page explains how to delete your account in the UNIQLM app, published by VIAVERBA A.Ş., and what happens to your data when you do. It applies to accounts created on uniqlm.com and in the UNIQLM mobile apps.

2. How to Delete Your Account In the App

  1. Sign in to UNIQLM and open your Profile
  2. Open Settings and go to Privacy & Consents
  3. Scroll to Account data rights and choose Delete account
  4. Type DELETE to confirm and enter your password (if your account has one)

Your account is deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion.

3. Request Deletion Without the App

If you can no longer access the app or your account, email us at uniqlm@uniqlm.com from the email address registered to your account and request account deletion. We will verify your identity and process the request.

4. What Data Is Deleted

When your account is permanently deleted, we erase the personal data associated with it, including:

  • Account and profile information (name, email address, profile photo)
  • Courses, lessons, and other content you created
  • Learning progress, mastery, and review history
  • Personalization and preference data
  • Credit balance and in-app activity history

5. Retention Period

After you request deletion, your account is deactivated and your data is retained for 30 days. During this recovery window you can restore your account by contacting us at uniqlm@uniqlm.com. After 30 days, your account and the data listed above are permanently erased. We may retain limited records where required by law (for example, payment and billing records) for as long as the applicable law requires.

6. Deleting Some Data Without Deleting Your Account

You can delete your personalization data without deleting your account from Profile → Settings → Privacy & Consents. You can also manage consent categories there, or contact us at uniqlm@uniqlm.com to request deletion of specific data. See our Privacy Policy for details on the data we collect and your rights.
